Mental health is not a refill. It is the careful integration of mood, sleep, hormones, attention, trauma history, and physical health — watched over time by one provider who knows your story.
New patients are seen for a full hour. Follow-ups are unhurried.
SSRIs, SNRIs, atypicals — chosen carefully, never reflexively. We review what's worked, what hasn't, and what side effects you'd refuse to live with again.
Generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, and OCD — managed with first-line medications, lifestyle structure, and referral to therapy when therapy is the answer.
A real adult ADHD workup — history, screening tools, and a careful ruling-out of look-alikes. Stimulant and non-stimulant options when appropriate, with PMP-checked prescribing.
PMDD, perimenopausal depression, postpartum anxiety, and thyroid-driven mood change. Mental health that doesn't end at the neck.
The one intervention that helps everything else work. CBT-I principles, sleep hygiene, and short-course pharmacology when the floor is needed first.
PTSD and complex trauma — managed alongside a trusted therapist network. We focus on safety, sleep, and reducing physiologic reactivity while the deeper work continues elsewhere.
Evergreen began with a quiet observation: most psychiatric visits in our community last seven minutes. That is not enough time to understand a person, much less the medication they're about to take home. I wanted a practice where the conversation was longer than the prescription.
I'm Stephanie Green, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a clinical focus on integrative mental health. I treat adults across the lifespan — first responders, working parents, military families, and women navigating perimenopause — with the time and attention each conversation actually requires.
